How long does delivery take?
Standard bundles usually ship within 1–2 working days. Personalised bundles need a little extra time for printing, so order at least a week before the party to be safe.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure around your dog’s neck. S fits most small breeds and puppies, M fits medium dogs like beagles and indies, L fits labs and bigger. Hats have an adjustable strap. See our size guide for exact measurements.
Are the toys safe?
They’re made for dogs, but always supervise play and remove any toy that gets damaged. No toy is truly indestructible against a determined birthday dog.
Can I return a personalised bundle?
Unpersonalised bundles can be returned unused. Personalised items are made just for your dog, so we can’t take those back unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes! Every bundle arrives in a gift box with a party card. Just add the recipient’s address at checkout.
