Back to gift boxesGood questions.
Can’t find yours? Ask it in the enquiry form and we’ll answer it with your quote.
Ask us anythingWhat’s the minimum order?
25 boxes per order. You can mix the three box tiers within that, which is handy if you’re gifting both your team and your clients.
How far ahead should we order?
The earlier the better for Diwali, especially with logo printing. Tell us your deliver-by date in the form and we’ll confirm what’s possible before you commit.
What logo files do you need?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, an SVG or a PDF works best. We’ll send a mockup for approval before anything is printed.
Can you ship to each employee’s home?
Yes. Send us one office address, a few office addresses, or a list of individual recipients and we’ll take care of the rest. Shipping costs are included in your quote.
What if we don’t know the dogs’ sizes?
No problem. We can include adjustable pieces, or share a quick size form your recipients fill in themselves. Bandanas, bow ties and tags fit most dogs anyway.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes, every corporate order comes with a proper invoice for your accounts team. Share your billing details when you confirm the order.
Can we get a sample first?
Ask us in the form. For larger orders we’re happy to arrange a sample box so you can see (and your office dog can test) the quality before you go ahead.
The best gift has four legs.
Well, technically it’s for the one with four legs. Let’s get your boxes sorted before the Diwali rush.
